Working Together for the Steinbockzentrum

We are Caroline Sommer and Claudia Santeler, and we work together at the Tyrolean Ibex Center. We both work at the ticket counter, handling ticket sales and managing our shop.
Every day, we care for our ibex and marmots, clean the feeding area in the enclosure, and maintain the outdoor facilities and flowers, as well as clean the Weid(t)blick building. In addition, we give guests tours of the center and provide insights into our daily work. It’s especially important to us to treat our animals with care and respect and to interact with our guests in a friendly manner.
After working in the enclosure, we especially look forward to the direct interaction at the ticket counter and the personal conversations with our visitors.
